Our humidifier comes with a 2 year warranty. If you ever experience issues with your humidifier, then we will replace it for free.
How do you refill the tank?
With both hands, lift the water tank off the base and flip over to avoid water from dripping from bottom of tank. Twist open the valve and fill with water. Reattach valve to water tank and reposition water tank onto the base with the water level window on the right side of the water tank.
Is this a cool mist unit?
Yes.
How easy is it to clean this unit?
You can clean it very easily. the tank top part you can run through a dishwasher safely.
How noisy is it?
You can not hear it while its working. very silent , Less than 20 dB of noise level.
