Dear Customers

Since the beginning of March 2020, we noticed our shipping time was slowing down.

Our shipping indicator was showing about 3-4 days, where the customer receives the order on time. That's for both Houston Texas warehouse and Dallas Texas as well.

Lab charge has all the integrity to process and ship all orders daily, for both paid expedite processing and free shipping.

We ship with USPS first class (as the primary carrier), UPS, and FedEx. As of this morning, our warehouse managers spoke with a few representatives from the shipping companies. We got the news that the tracking number would not be active unless it sends put on a track.

As of right now, we have successfully shipped all orders within our warehouse, and there is nothing in delay. However, if you have bought an item, please expect a few day delays.

Please, accept our apology here for all the shipping delay. Its matter of the current situation with the virus.

We will do the following:

1- We will refund all expedite process charges back to all customers.

2- If customers bought any of our air purifiers, we would send a FREE filter to the customer's door when the time is up to replace your filter.

3- After the pandemic is off, we will start mailing out gift cards for the customers who bought between Feb 15th and April 30th. We will determine the gift card later with the customer total order value.

Lab Charge is working hard to serve its customers in the best way; we hope that our customers will understand that and help us keep our employees on the payroll.
