Warranty Policy
At Lab Charge, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. That’s why every Ionic Air Purifier includes a standard warranty, with optional extended protection available. Below is a clear breakdown of what’s covered and how to get support.
Standard 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every Ionic Air Purifier includes a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
If your unit experiences a covered issue within this period, we’ll replace it at no cost for the product itself.
What’s Not Covered:
• Damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
• Neglect or improper maintenance
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Optional Lifetime Warranty Upgrade
For long-term peace of mind, we offer a Lifetime Warranty upgrade for a one-time $9.99 fee per order. This extends the standard 2-year coverage for the expected useful life of the product under normal use.
Important Notes:
• Applies only to the original units in your order
• Does not transfer to any replacement units
• Replacement units are covered only if defective upon arrival
• Does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse
Replacement Policy
If your unit qualifies under warranty, we will replace the product itself at no cost. After 30 days from the delivery date, shipping costs for replacement units are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchased units—replaced items are not eligible for renewed coverage unless defective upon arrival.
No Return Required (But Proof May Be Needed)
We do not ask you to return defective units. However, Lab Charge reserves the right to request photos or videos to verify the issue before issuing a replacement. We recommend keeping any previously replaced units for future reference in case of follow-up claims.
