How long do I have to run the ionic?

We recommend keeping it running 24/7 for the first 6 weeks. after that you can run it 2-4 hours per day or as you need it.
Can I use mineral oils in it?

No. You can not use any liquids in it. It's an air purifiers machine. It does not accept any oil or liquids.
Where can I find my warranty?

Since Covid-19 started, we stop sending warranty cards inside the order's box. We are working hard to minimize the number of hands that touch the boxes to slow down the spreading of the virus. The minute UPS, USPS, or FedEx, delivers your box, the 2-Year manufacture warranty will be activated on our system. It's 100% automatic. We will not ask you for proof of warranty or any other form of paper. We understand you, and we trust your word and our system.
How many Square Feet the Ionic cover?

Each Ionic will cover 250 square feet. If you buy 4, then it will cover 1,000 square feet.
How long do they last?

5-7 years on average if you clean them regularly. We offer a 2-year manufacture warranty on each Ionic Air Purifiers
Do I have to buy a Cable and/or a Plug?

No, you do not have to buy anything. Each Ionic come with a USB cable and an AC wall plug. You can find them under the unit by removing the base. Also, you can plug them into any wall or into a USB port to run them.
How do I clean the Ionic Air Purifier?

Wipe the outside with a dry cloth once every 4 weeks. That's all you have to do. We call it filterless since the filter itself does not require any maintenance.
Is it quiet?

Yes. 100% quiet. Run at a 27-decibel noise level. You can not hear it unless you bring it close to your ears.
Is it safe for pets (like Dogs and Cats)?

Yes. 100% safe for pets and humans.
Is it good for living rooms?

Yes. It's safe for the entire house, office, school, warehouse, ....etc.

This little gadget is a meaty. Quiet, powerful, conveniently compact, and useful. Cleans a small room in no time, you will know the difference in a few weeks. Dust is kept to a bare minimum and allergens and other contaminants that may be in the air are ilimimated now that I have it on. It has two USB ports and they're lightning fast charge. Clean up is a breeze, no filter to buy or replace. When I first recieved it, I thought, no way could this work because it is so tiny. I sit corrected, don't let the size fool ya. With several pets in the house, we have a definite need for odor control. I recently read about the bamboo charcoal air purifying bags and ordered a large selection.
