How Your Warranty Works

There’s no paperwork to worry about with LabCharge. Your Lifetime Warranty is automatically activated as soon as your order is delivered by UPS or USPS.

That means:

  • No registration required

  • No extra steps from you

All you need to have on hand is your order number, which can be found on your receipt or confirmation email. If you ever need support or to make a warranty claim, simply provide your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s Covered (and What’s Not)

Covered by Warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects (electrical, mechanical, or design flaws).

  • Product malfunctions under normal household use.

  • Replacement parts or a full replacement unit when needed.

Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, discoloration).

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Commercial or industrial use of the device.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your LabCharge purifier:

  2. Provide your:

    • Order Number

    • Serial Number (found on the bottom of the unit)

    • Brief description of the issue

    • Photos or videos (if possible)

  3. Our support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or alternative solution.
