At Lab Charge, we are committed to customer safety and full compliance with U.S. federal regulations. The ionizing component used in our air purifiers has been independently tested by a certified lab and confirmed to emit ozone at levels below 0.05 parts per million (PPM), which is the maximum limit allowed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for indoor consumer-use products (21 CFR 801.415). The component is covered by a certified Intertek report, which includes ozone emission testing as part of its evaluation.
Our products are not CARB-certified and are not available for sale or shipment to California. However, in all other U.S. states, our air purifiers are legal, safe for residential use, and meet all applicable federal safety standards. This page is maintained to ensure transparency and to reassure customers that Lab Charge products operate well within legally accepted ozone safety limits.
