My Air Purifier Isn’t Working—What Should I Do?

If your Ionic Air Purifier isn’t turning on, making unusual noises, or not performing as expected, there are a few easy steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.


 

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

Try the following before reaching out to customer support:

  • 🧼 Wipe down the unit. Use a dry cloth to remove any dust or debris from the exterior, which may affect airflow or function.

  • 🔌 Unplug and rest. Disconnect the purifier from power for 2–3 hours to allow the internal components to reset.

  • 🔄 Plug back in and restart. Reconnect the unit and turn it on again to check for improvement.

  • 🔌 Use a different USB cable. Test the unit with another USB cable to rule out cord-related issues.

  • 🪑 Check the placement. Ensure the purifier is sitting on a flat, stable surface, as uneven positioning can cause unusual noise or vibration.
