After 21 days they started making a noise (buzzing). I emailed a video of its functioning but no response. You cannot contact them by phone. I’ve had no response to my complaint.

Never noticed a difference. I feel I wasted my money.

It's worth it and very good product.

It did not perform as expected and the unit did not last very long. A call to customer service resulted in a a series of descriptions of how quality was built into the product and several reasons why they would not replace the untit.

I'm very pleased to say the least. I have it in my bedroom and it smells great, fresh. I had one before and it got damaged. I so glad to have another one.

it does not work like it states. i want to get a refund, and no one answers me back.

This seems to work surprisingly well. It’s such a small unit but I put it in my bedroom and my room smells very fresh and has very little dust. There was always kind of a lingering musty smell and it’s gone.

Everything about this product does exactly what it says it does in description highly recommend

I had no idea it was so small but I'm trying it with an open mind.

I love this. It took me 5 minutes to get it up and running. Super easy, and I have it in my living room/kitchen open floor plan. I love that I now never smell lingering odors from last night when I come down stairs. Definitely a great product.

I like it but I thought it was going to be bigger than it was. It seems to be doing what it’s suppose to do but for the price I was hoping it was bigger

This item was deceiving it’s small and my iPhone Bluetooth speaker is bigger than it I returned it asap specially for that price soo steep!

My wife and I smoke inside home, had relatives in for 4 days said smoke smell nearly gone. Dusting cut in half. Relatives ordered 5 for themselves.

Very surprised and disappointed in the size and really see no use for something so small very disappointed had no idea how small it really is

So far this air purifier is doing well as I’m able to sleep better at night. I have been using it for about a week now will see in the long run how I feel.

I’m disappointed with the size, and I’m pretty sure the performance is a disappointment. I bought 2 units, and frankly certain I will not see any difference.

Because I didn't realize how small it is. And it truly does not work very well.

I like how there is not filter to replace. I’ve been using this device for a few weeks. I have one next to my bed and it seems to help with allergies and sinus issues.

The USB ports don’t fit. Cannot use the air filter as a result. Please send me the correct cord.

A little noisy

I like the air purifier so far, its quiet, but would of given a better rating if it had a longer cord for plugging in to a USB port!!

Product shipped broken then I had to send pics and a video. I reached out to American Express to reverse chargers. I was offered a 25/% discount to keep a product that doesn’t work. Stay away from these people. Product returned, AE is already investigating. No further communication with them is expected. There is always one customer that will take this to the end and that customer is me

Love it! Perfect gift

I thought that this was a cordless/battery option. I’m not sure I cause it for the intended purpose I purchased it for . I a cat fosterer and was going to use it in the car room. But with it needing a cord I don’t see that as an option.
