How long do I have to run the ionic?

We recommend to keep it running 24/7 for the first 6 weeks. after that you can run it 4-6 hours per day or as you need it.

Can I use mineral oils in it?

No. You can not use any kind of liquids in it. It's an air purifiers machine. It does not accept any kind of oils or liquids.

Where can I find my warranty? 

Since Covid-19 started, we stop sending warranty cards inside the order's box. We are working hard to minimize the number of hands that touch the boxes to slow down the spreading of the virus. The minute UPS, USPS, or FedEx delivers your box, the warranty will be activated on our system, its a 100% automatic. We will not ask you for proof of warranty or any other form of paper. We understand you and we trust your word and our system.

How many Square Feet the Ionic cover? 

250 square feet. 

How many Ionic Do I need? 

Each Ionic Air Purifier will cover 250 square feet. If you have an are of 1000 Square Feet, then we recommend you have 4 of them. If your area is about 1500 square feet, then you will need 6 ionic air purifiers...etc. 

How long do they last?

5-7 yearson average if you clean them regularly. We offer a 2-year manufacture warranty on each Ionic Air Purifiers 

Do I have to buy a Cable and/or a Plug? 

No you do not have to buy anything. Each Ionic come with a USB cable and an AC wall plug. You can find them under the unit by removing the base. Also you can plug them to any wall or to a USB port to run them.   

How do I clean the Ionic Air Purifier? 

Simply wipe the outside with a dry cloth once every 4 weeks. that's all you have to do.  We call it  filterless since the filter itself does not require any maintenance.

Is it quiet? 

Yes. 100% quite. run at 27 decibel noise level. You can not hear it unless you bring it close to your ears. 

Is it safe for pets (like Dogs and Cats)?

Yes. 100% safe for pets and human. 

Is it good for living rooms?

Yes. for its safe for the entire house, office, school, warehouse, ....etc. 

Am I able to replace the UV lamp ? 

No. You can not replace it. its a chipset not a bulb.

Which carrier do you ship with? 

We ship with UPS mainly, but sometimes USPS (2-day Priority) has a faster route for certain states. Our system always picks up a quicker way, regardless.

When will my order ship? 

Please note that it takes about 10-14 hours to process your order. Regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

How do I return my order?

What about damaged items?

How often do you have to replace the filter?

Depending on your air purifier model Soft, We recommended to replace it once every 6 weeks or as needed.
